Snapshots from the North Zone Regional Abilympics – Olympics of abilities – held at Delhi from June 7 to 9. Participants from Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Delhi and Chandigarh participated in 23 vocational skill and four leisure and living skill contests.
reservation based on skills rather than caste…if that were the case, our world would have bin a far bettter place to live in…recently in chennai, the govt scrapped off a plan to launch buses which offered a ramp for differently abled people on some flimsy pretext..while abroad you have so many different options..i wonder whether the public here is equally indifferent to their plight as opposed to stronger public opinion outside the country
