Is this the worst condom ad in Indian advertising history?

Condom advertisements, I have seen many. But this 1999 advertisement for Zaroor Condoms is in a class of its own.

“If you don’t want to be Baap look for Zaroor ka Chaap,” says Vrajesh Hirjee appearing as a rather incompetent condom salesman. A copy that can make any self-respecting copywriter kaap and make him/her want to give some shraap. And the bungling layout can put a decent designer off from sex (with or without a condom) for days.
